Young Men’s Recreation

The church is bad at retaining the generation of its young men. Statistics prove that the majority of college/career age men end up abandoning the church about the time life hits. Frequently, you can hear them say “The church doesn’t have anything for me” or “I don’t feel as if I belong.” Understanding how important this demographic is to the future of the church, we’ve developed this ministry to help us avoid this trend. By providing a mentoring environment organized around candid friendships, service in (and through) the local Church and recreational events we hope to assist young adult men in finding their place. We encourage all our young men to come and experience true discipleship at CBC.  We will be gathering at various times during the week and at monthly recreational, service or missions oriented events.
