Giving

Giving and the stewardship of our resources are a critical part of our worship. So much of our true priorities are measured by our checkbooks. Sacrificial giving to the local church for the progress of the Gospel calibrates so much of our lives. It strikes out at the consumerism, materialism and selfishness that characterized our lives before Christ. The joyful sacrifice of our resources towards the cause of Christ is a counterintuitive reality which only those redeemed by His grace can grasp. Selflessness and the willing adjustment of one’s comfort can only be explained by a sincere love of Christ and deep affinity towards the Gospel.

Each individual should consider giving to be a personal responsibility and normal part of body life. The amount we are able to give is less important that the motive and the sacrifice involved. Each contribution aids in the over all goal of Gospel ministry. Our generosity supports and sustains the regular ministries which ultimately result in the progress of the Gospel. We offer multiple avenues through which members may give towards the cause of the Gospel and the needs within the church.
